Dezhou Drillstar Tool Co., Ltd. proudly announced today that it has introduced a series of wear-resistant alloy powder products from an internationally renowned company. This innovative series combines cutting-edge material science and precision manufacturing processes to provide unprecedented wear-resistant solutions for industries such as energy, mining, construction machinery and high-end manufacturing, redefining the durability and work efficiency of industrial parts.
At present, the powders we produce mainly include: cobalt-based alloy powder, nickel alloy powder, iron-based alloy powder and composite carbide powder, and we can make customized products according to customer requirements.
1. Iron alloy powder: including powders alloyed with different proportions of iron and other elements (such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, etc.), which are widely used in the manufacture of wear-resistant and heat-resistant parts.
2. Copper alloy powder: Alloy powder formed by copper, zinc, tin, aluminum, etc., commonly used in the manufacture of bearings, electrical contact materials, etc.
3. Nickel alloy powder: such as nickel-chromium alloy powder, which has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance and is widely used in high-temperature anti-oxidation coatings.
4. Cobalt alloy powder: often used in carbide tools to improve their wear resistance and toughness.
5. Aluminum alloy powder: lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for lightweight components in the aerospace and automotive industries.
6. Titanium alloy powder: Due to its high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance, it is widely used in biomedical and aerospace fields.
7. Precious metal alloy powder: such as gold and silver alloy powder, used in electronics, jewelry and special chemical catalysts and other fields.
8. Other special alloy powders: including self-fluxing alloy powders, such as JN-NiCrBSi, which are suitable for thermal spraying and have high hardness and good corrosion and wear resistance.
We use different processes to produce high-quality powders with different chemical compositions, particle sizes, and morphologies, and can be perfectly adapted to various process methods, such as thermal spraying, cladding, powder metallurgy, etc. Our production processes include: Gas atomization (nitrogen and argon) water atomization, granulation sintering, macrograined carbide production and conventional carburized carbide production.
For different processes, we have designed and developed a series of alloy and composite powders to help customers create high-quality coatings.
We sincerely invite partners from all industries to explore the infinite possibilities of wear-resistant alloy powders in different application scenarios and work together to create a new chapter in materials technology.
