Deformed high-temperature alloys are used in a temperature range of -253°C to 1230°C. They are a type of high-performance metal material that can undergo cold and hot deformation processing, withstand harsh mechanical stress, and has good structural stability.
Deformed superalloys have high mechanical properties, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, excellent structural stability and service reliability, and have become key materials in civil industrial fields such as petrochemicals, nuclear power, transportation, ultra-supercritical thermal power and so on. According to different substrates, they are divided into three categories: iron-based, nickel-based and cobalt-based deformed high-temperature alloys. Among them, nickel-based alloys are used in the largest amount and have the widest range of uses.
